How It Works

1. Place your order and select “Pick Up” at checkout.
2. We’ll process your order within 24 hours and send you a collection number once it’s ready.
3. Simply head to the warehouse, show your collection number to our team, and they’ll handle the rest!

• Victoria: 1-3 business days
• New South Wales: 3-5 business days
• South Australia: 3-5 business days
• Queensland: 3-5 business days
• Canberra (ACT): 5-7 business days
• Western Australia: 5-7 business days

Please note: Carriers may take 1-3 business days to collect your order from our Melbourne warehouse. Once on its way, we’ll send live tracking updates so you can follow your mirror’s journey to your door.

For smooth delivery, please provide a physical address (no PO boxes). We recommend having someone available to receive the order and assist with placement upon arrival.

If no one is available, the courier may leave your mirror in a safe location. If no suitable spot is found, it will return to the depot and a reattempt will be made. You’ll receive live tracking updates every step of the way.

Mirror Care Instructions:

• Use a soft, lint-free or microfiber cloth to gently clean the mirror.
• Avoid harsh chemicals like ammonia, bleach, or abrasives. Use a non-abrasive glass cleaner or a water-vinegar mix.
• For tough spots, lightly dampen the cloth, but avoid excess moisture around the edges.
• Clean any frame with a soft, dry cloth. Use wood polish for wooden frames.
• Always handle with care, and avoid dragging or dropping the mirror.
• Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent frame damage.
• Ensure your mirror is securely mounted, especially if it’s oversized.

1-Year Warranty for Peace of Mind

At Mirrors by Reflect, we stand behind the quality of our mirrors. Your purchase comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring your mirror is free from any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:
We guarantee that your mirror will be in top condition. If there’s a defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it, hassle-free. If the exact product isn’t available, we’ll provide a similar or equivalent replacement.

What’s Not Covered:
This warranty doesn’t cover everyday wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorised modifications. It also excludes any damage caused during shipping if it wasn’t arranged by us or through our approved carriers.

Damaged or Incorrect Mirror?

• We've Got You Covered! Inspect your mirror upon arrival. If it's damaged or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Custom Mirror Designs

• Made Just for You! Please note that custom mirrors are final sale and cannot be exchanged. However, if there's any defect or damage, we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
