Mirrors by Reflect - Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your mirror purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy which follows the Australian Consumer Law guidelines to ensure your peace of mind.

Mirror Returns

Changed your mind? You can return your mirror within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs apply for change of mind returns.

  • Custom made mirrors are eligible for return.

Important things to know about returns
We do not charge any restocking fees. Once the mirror is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus any return shipping costs. If the original packaging is no longer available, repackaging costs may apply to ensure safe return of the fragile item.
Mirror Exchanges

Want to exchange for another design? We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchange information is as follows:

  • The mirror must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs apply for exchanges.

  • Custom made mirrors cannot be exchanged.

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, any price difference must be paid prior to processing the exchange.

To start an exchange, please contact us to confirm the item you’d like to exchange is in stock. If the original packaging is no longer available, repackaging costs may apply to ensure safe return of the fragile itemWe do not charge any restocking fees.

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Mirror?

If your mirror arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you may choose the following at no extra cost to you:

  • Repair (for minor damage)

  • Replacement

  • Full Refund

Important things to know about faulty returns

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We cover all costs for faulty product returns, repairs and replacements. Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 5 business days after the mirror has been returned and inspected. (Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.)

How to Start a Return
  1. Email Us
    Send an email to hello@mirrorsbyreflect.com.au with:

    • Your order confirmation or order number

    • A description of your return

    • Clear photos of the mirror’s condition and the original packaging

  2. Wait for Authorisation
    Wait for return authorisation from our team before sending back your item. (Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.)

  3. Receive Instructions
    Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and shipping labels via email.

  4. Attach New Labels
    Follow the return instructions and securely attach the new shipping labels to the front of the box with tape. Collection will be unsuccessful if not completed.

  5. Remove Old Labels
    Remove any old shipping labels to avoid confusion during collection.

  6. Prepare for Collection
    Your package will be picked up by a third-party courier, so please have it ready for collection. Collection times will be communicated but may vary.

  7. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your mirror, we’ll process a refund, replacement, or exchange as agreed in the return authorisation within 5 business days.

  8. Request Store Credit (Optional)
    If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please mention this in your initial email.

Important things to know about sale items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

Your Rights

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which provides remedies for products that do not meet product quality standards or descriptions. If a major fault or defect arises beyond the preferred 7 day notification window, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that our return policy and Australian Consumer Law do not cover accidental damage, misuse, or mishandling of products after delivery. Since mirrors are fragile items, we recommend handling them with care to avoid any potential damage. Any accidental damage caused after delivery is the responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair under our policy or consumer law. However, we will happily work with you to help replace, repair or rectify any accidental damage. Please be aware that additional charges may apply in these cases.
